University Policy

Refund Policy

The terms on which tuition is charged, held, and — in the defined circumstances below — returned. They are stated plainly and in full, so that every applicant may read them before enrolling in any programme of AccrediPro University.

Last updated · July 2026

Notice from the Office of the Registrar

The policy, in one paragraph.

Because every programme is delivered digitally and in its entirety at the moment of enrollment, tuition for one-time programme purchases is final once access credentials have been issued. All-Access membership subscriptions follow their own, more flexible terms: a free trial where offered, cancellation at any time, and a thirty-day satisfaction guarantee on the first charge (Section 6). Students with a billing concern are warmly invited to write to the Registrar’s Office first — most matters are resolved within two business days.

1. Policy Overview

AccrediPro University ("the University," "we," "our," or "us") provides professional certification and educational programmes delivered entirely through digital means. This Refund Policy governs all purchases of digital programmes and services from the University and forms part of the agreement accepted at enrollment.

Tuition for one-time digital programme purchases is final. Once payment has been processed and access credentials have been delivered to the student’s registered email address, the programme has been delivered in full and the tuition is not refundable. This reflects the nature of digital delivery described in Section 2 and applies to full-price, discounted, and scholarship enrollments alike.

All-Access membership subscriptions are governed by Section 6, which provides trial, cancellation, and satisfaction-guarantee terms specific to recurring enrollment.

2. The Nature of Digital Delivery

Unlike physical goods, the University’s programmes are delivered immediately and completely upon enrollment:

  • The full curriculum becomes available the moment access credentials are issued — delivery is complete at that point.
  • Course materials, once accessed, cannot be returned in the way a physical good can.
  • Each programme embodies proprietary curriculum and the professional expertise invested in its development.
  • Access, once granted, endures — it is not reclaimed after delivery.

It is for this reason — and not for want of goodwill — that the University, in line with the established practice of digital education providers, treats one-time programme tuition as earned upon delivery.

3. Programmes Covered by the Final-Sale Term

The final-sale term in Section 1 applies to all one-time programme purchases, including:

One-time programme purchases — tuition final upon delivery

  • Accelerated Foundation Credential (AFC) programmes
  • Mini-Diploma programmes
  • Professional Practitioner Diploma programmes
  • Advanced Practitioner Diploma programmes
  • Master Practitioner Diploma programmes
  • Fellow Practice Diploma programmes
  • Bundled and multi-programme packages
  • Supplementary materials, toolkits, and add-ons
  • Scholarship and financially assisted enrollments (Section 4)

The transmission of access credentials constitutes full delivery of the purchased programme.

4. Circumstances Outside the Scope of Refund Consideration

For one-time programme purchases, the following circumstances do not give rise to a refund, credit, or exchange:

  • A change of mind following enrollment
  • Insufficient time to pursue or complete the programme
  • Expectations about content that differ from the published syllabus and programme description
  • The availability of comparable material elsewhere
  • A change in personal or financial circumstances
  • A change in professional or career direction
  • The difficulty or pace of study
  • Technical limitations of the student’s own equipment, connection, or software environment (see Section 9 for platform-side issues, which we will always address)

We publish the complete syllabus of every programme in the University catalogue precisely so that these matters can be weighed before enrollment, not after.

4A. Scholarship & Financially Assisted Enrollments

Scholarship tuition — final upon delivery

Students who enroll through the Pay-What-You-Can Scholarship Programme, institutional merit scholarships, promotional awards, or any other subsidized arrangement agree to the following:

4A.1 — Final upon delivery

Scholarship and financially assisted enrollments follow the same final-sale term as all one-time programme purchases: tuition is final once access credentials have been delivered.

4A.2 — The institutional grant

Scholarship pricing represents the student’s reduced contribution toward the full programme cost; the University commits institutional funds to cover the balance at the moment of enrollment. Because that commitment cannot be recovered, no refund, credit note, transfer, or deferral is issued on scholarship enrollments.

4A.3 — Acknowledgment

By accepting a scholarship enrollment, the student acknowledges that the scholarship constitutes an institutional grant of monetary value and that the final-sale term applies to the enrollment from the moment access credentials are delivered.

4A.4 — Billing questions

Questions regarding a scholarship charge should be addressed to the Registrar’s Office in the first instance; payment disputes are handled as described in Section 8.

Scholarship award notice

  • Scholarship values vary with available seats, cohort capacity, institutional funding allocation, and academic period; awards are not guaranteed to be available at any given time.
  • The scholarship amount awarded at enrollment applies to that enrollment only and does not establish a precedent for future awards.
  • Questions regarding eligibility, award amounts, or institutional funding may be addressed to the Dean’s Office of Financial Aid at finance@accrediprouniversity.com.

5. Payment Plans

A payment plan spreads the cost of a programme that is delivered in full at enrollment. Students who enroll on a payment plan therefore remain responsible for the scheduled installments independent of programme progress, completion, or assessment outcomes.

If a payment plan falls into arrears

  • Programme access is suspended until the account is brought current.
  • The remaining balance may become due in full.
  • Where an account remains unresolved after reasonable notice, the University may engage a licensed collection service, as permitted by law.

A student facing genuine hardship should write to the Registrar’s Office before missing an installment — reasonable payment arrangements can almost always be made.

6. All-Access Membership Subscriptions

The All-Access membership is a recurring enrollment that opens the whole University catalogue for as long as it remains active. Because it is billed in periods rather than purchased once, it carries its own terms:

Membership terms — trial, cancellation, guarantee

6.1 — Free trial

Where a membership begins with a free trial, no charge is made during the trial period. A member who cancels before the trial ends is never charged. The trial’s length and the subsequent rate are stated at checkout before any card details are taken.

6.2 — Cancellation at any time

A member may cancel at any time from the student portal or by writing to the Registrar’s Office. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; access continues until that date. Renewal charges already processed are not refunded for the remainder of a billing period, save as provided in clause 6.3 or required by applicable law.

6.3 — The Registrar's Satisfaction Guarantee

If, within thirty (30) days of the first membership charge, a member writes to the Registrar’s Office stating that the membership has not met her expectations, the University will refund that first charge in full. The guarantee applies once per student, to the first billing charge of an All-Access membership only; it does not extend to renewal charges or to one-time programme purchases.

6.4 — Credentials earned

Credentials properly earned during an active membership remain conferred and verifiable after cancellation.

7. Certificates & Conferral

The University’s platform generates and issues digital certificates, credentials, and diplomas upon completion of the corresponding module, course, or programme, and records each conferral in the University registry. Conferral represents the completion of the academic exchange: once a credential has been generated for completed study, the corresponding tuition is considered fully earned. Likewise, substantial engagement with a programme — completing lessons and submitting assessments — constitutes substantial delivery of the programme purchased.

8. Payment Disputes

The University maintains complete, timestamped records of every enrollment: the acceptance of terms at checkout, the delivery of access credentials, and the student’s engagement with the programme. Where a payment dispute is opened with a card network, the University responds through the network’s formal process and presents these records.

  • While a dispute remains open, access to the account concerned is suspended pending resolution.
  • If a dispute is resolved against an enrollment, that enrollment ends and any credentials whose tuition remains unpaid are withdrawn from the verification registry.
  • If a dispute is resolved in the student’s favour, access is restored in full.

Before opening a dispute, please write to us. Card disputes take weeks to resolve and freeze the account in the meantime; the Registrar’s Office resolves most billing concerns within two business days, and the Satisfaction Guarantee in clause 6.3 exists precisely so that no member should ever need a dispute to be treated fairly.

9. Technical Issues

Platform-side technical issues are the University’s responsibility, and we resolve them. A student who encounters one should write to registrar@accrediprouniversity.com with specific details — error messages, screenshots, browser and device information — and will receive an initial response within 24–48 business hours.

Difficulties arising from a student’s own connection, device, or software environment fall outside the University’s control; our team will still offer what guidance it reasonably can.

10. Programme Cancellations by the University

In the rare event that the University withdraws a programme before an enrolled student has completed it:

  • The student is offered enrollment in an equivalent programme at no additional cost;
  • Where no equivalent programme is available, a prorated institutional credit is issued for the unused portion, applicable to any University programme within twelve (12) months;
  • Where neither an equivalent programme nor a credit is suitable, the Registrar’s Office will arrange a prorated refund of the unused portion.

11. Contact
