How tuition is allocated across instruction, examination and the register is a matter of published policy, not private arrangement. The allocation below is stated in full and reviewed annually.

The University operates on the principle that educational quality is non-negotiable. The greater part of tuition revenue is reinvested directly into the educational experience, as the schedule above sets out.
Because the model is competency-based, every student receives the same standard of instruction and examination regardless of what she paid: tuition is priced to be studied, and an applicant of limited means may ask the Dean's Office of Financial Aid to review it.
This policy is reviewed annually by the University's governance board and updated against institutional needs and student outcomes data.
